Massapequa, NY
Massapequa /mæsəˈpɛkwə/ is a hamlet (and a census-designated place) in the southern part of the Town of Oyster Bay in southeastern Nassau County, New York.

It has been reported that Massapequa was one of the 13 tribes of Long Island, though later research finds that it may be the Native American name for the location.
